Pickle’s Bake Shop is an online bakery run out of a licensed home kitchen based in Manassas, VA.
What is the turnaround time for an order?
Believe it or not, I am the only baker. I typically max out orders at 10 per day so that I stay organized and on top of things. Typical turnaround time for an order is 2-3 days. Once your order has shipped, arrival usually takes 1 business day for customers in the DC Metro area and 2 business days for customers outside of the area. If you need an order to be rushed, a rush fee will apply. Please email for more information on having an order rushed.
How long will it take for you to contact me if I have a question?
I am pretty quick with emailing answers to questions between the hours of 6:00 am and 2:30 pm. From 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, I am spending time with my husband and son as well as baking and prepping orders to be shipped the next day. If you email during that time, I may not be able to answer until the following day.
How do I get my Groupon coupon to work?
First, I apologize for the confusion. My web host does not exactly allow me to just add in an amount to be taken off of a total order so I had to work a way around it. I am beyond appreciative of how patient and kind all of my customers have been in working through this with me. Thank you.
You have two options for redeeming your Groupon:
1. The easiest and quickest way would be to place what you’d like to order in your cart, enter your Groupon code in the “Discount Code” box and proceed with your payment through PayPal. You will receive an immediate refund of $20 (your total Groupon amount) as soon as I receive the payment through PayPal.
2. Add the "Groupon Customers" listing to your cart then enter your Groupon number in the “Discount Code” box. Your cart total should read $4.99 (for shipping). You do not need to add any other listings to your cart unless you plan to order more than $20 worth of treats. Go through the PayPal checkout and let me know what you'd like to order in the notes section of PayPal.
